Each workshop will last around an hour and involve some of me talking, some handouts and some magical crafting:

Working with the natural rhythms of the moon and using them to support our plans, minds and bodies. We will create a lunar wheel and mini books to help you keep track of you cycles

Activity: Glueing, sticking, colouring in

Times are as follows:

10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

11.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.

1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.

3 p.m. - 4 p.m.

4.30 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.

This workshop is for adults
